I understand the dynamics of the human mind, emotions, physical attributes and how each piece interlock to build a recipe of overall positive well-being. Also, recognizing that understanding oneself brings stability which consists of being mentally and physically fit. I assist my clients, who include adults, geriatrics, and families, navigate thru life stressors to find their inner strength to better cope with daily stressors and others who surround them.
Recognizing a single approach does not fit all, I work with clients through individual counseling, group counseling and family counseling to assist in building a healthy perception about themselves to lead to fostering positive relationships.
My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University. In 2014, I earned my Post Masters as a Nurse Practitioner from Georgia State University, certified from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, to treat the adult and geriatric populations.
