To educate and counsel individuals and families of how to incorporate positive emotional, behavioral, psychosocial and spiritual approaches; leading to the overall goal of being mentally fit.
What we do
During Spring 2020, a stressful time, emotions were high, not allowing for clarity to critically think through the untimely events that were happening around us. At the moment, Mentally Fit 4 Life was created. We realized then, there are four components required that need to be understood in order to be mentally fit and bring peace into our lives...
